Rather than buying, owning and running a structure yourself, you get a safe, certified, inspection-ready space that is professionally cared for all year and refreshed every season — for one monthly fee, with no capital outlay. Your team simply teaches in it.
It is a deliberate departure from the way outdoor classrooms have always been bought. The traditional route is a capital project: you raise the money, choose a structure, manage the build, and then own a building you must insure, inspect and maintain for years — usually alone, usually on top of everything else a stretched team already carries. The managed model removes every part of that load except the teaching.
