Connect multiple tipis for even bigger possibilities

Need more space than a single tipi can offer? Our linking system connects two or more tipis together, creating multi-room outdoor campuses and villages with separate zones for different activities, age groups, or purposes. Ideal for nursery groups, large schools, and settings that want to grow their outdoor provision over time.

The Campus linked tipi configuration: two grand hat tipis connected by a panoramic glazed link section

The Campus

Two grand hat tipis joined by a panoramic link — the canvas between them lifts to form a bright, weatherproof connecting space with clear walls, so the whole structure teaches as one room or two. Separate zones for different activities, age groups, or purposes, with room for over 150 children. This is the configuration we installed at Cransley School, our flagship independent-school site.

The Village linked tipi configuration: three tipis joined by panoramic glazed links with a central entrance

The Village

Three tipis joined in a row — two grand hats either side of a central entrance, connected by panoramic glazed links. A genuine outdoor campus: distinct teaching zones under canvas, one arrival point, and the option to open the whole structure into a single hall for assemblies, performances and whole-school events. Built for larger schools and multi-form settings with ambitious outdoor learning programmes.

Common questions about our tipis

We offer seven standalone outdoor classroom tipis ranging from 33 to 132 square metres, two open-sided forest school shelters, and linked configurations for even bigger spaces. Every tipi is engineered in Swedish Lapland and fully managed by us.

The Lodge is our most popular size. At 33 square metres with a built-in door, it comfortably accommodates up to 20 children and offers the perfect balance of spacious learning environment and intimate, manageable space. It works beautifully for full-class sessions, forest school, and multi-use throughout the day.

Yes. Linked configurations create multi-zone learning environments, for example, pairing a larger teaching tipi with a smaller calm zone or sensory space. The connection is weatherproof and creates a flowing, purposeful layout. We'll recommend the right configuration based on your space and your needs.

Not sure which size is right?
